Did you know that one of the most in-demand careers in tech is sales? Sadly however, less than 25% of tech sales positions are held by women. We created the Women in Tech Sales Bootcamp (WITS) to change that - one cohort at a time!
This industry-vetted, 5-day (virtual) training program helps upskill women who want to pursue or advance their skills in tech sales and matches them with leading organizations ready to hire.
Since its inception in 2018 WITS has trained over 500 women and growing. Bootcamps are remote and include a hiring day where you will have the opportunity to interview with some of the top tech companies in North America like Softchoice, Dayforce, Intuit, Clio, Moneris, Salesforce and more. You will also gain access to coaches, mentors and allies during and after the program.
The result? We’re moving the dial on women in tech sales. On average, 75% of WITS graduates receive at least one job offer within 30 days of completing the bootcamp program. You will also get connected with like-minded women, allies, coaches, mentors and make valuable network connections throughout the week that will last you a lifetime. Many of our bootcamp graduates are now moving into leadership roles - that’s why we created our newest program - “Becoming a First Time Manager”.

The bootcamp is virtual and runs from 10-3pm EST daily.

Anyone who is looking to learn about tech sales or pivot into a career in tech sales. You do not need previous tech or sales experience to qualify, just a drive to pursue sales as a career. We have successfully trained women from almost every industry and stage of career from new grads to women with experience in Hospitality, Retail, Healthcare, Finance, Competitive Sports, Engineering and more. If you identify as a woman, she, her, they, them.

The bootcamp is a 5-day program that runs from 9-3pm EST each day. There is also homework assignments provided each day.

The bootcamp is $199.00 CAD plus taxes and a small Eventbrite fee. There are some scholarships available if you qualify for financial assistance. The course is 100% FREE for Indigenous women and through referral programs with some community partners.

If you have previous sales or related experience, great, but it’s not required. Women from all stages and sectors have successfully completed bootcamp. We’re looking for individuals with the drive to learn and pursue a rewarding career in sales.
